To ensure a smooth, reliable service, pallet orders are delivered to the kerbside, directly outside your property. This approach ensures efficiency and timely delivery while protecting your property, and helps us maintain our high service standards.
Why Kerbside Delivery?
Kerbside delivery means that your order will be unloaded and left at the at the edge of your driveway or pavement rather than brought into your garden, garage or home. This method is used because:
- Access and Safety: Our products are delivered on large pallets via pallet trucks. Many properties don’t have driveways or access roads suitable for heavy trucks and pallet trolleys. Kerbside delivery prevents damage to lawns, gravel drives, or narrow lanes. The palletised goods that transported can weigh up to 1,000kg, which makes kerbside delivery the safest option for both our customers and drivers.
- Efficiency for Customers and Couriers: By delivering kerbside, our delivery partners can keep to their scheduled routes, ensuring timely deliveries across the UK.
- Property Protection: Keeping heavy machinery and large vehicles off private property minimises the risk of damage to driveways, pathways, and landscaping.

- Inform us of any access issues (narrow roads, steep drives, weight restrictions) when placing your order.
