What you need to know about our pallet delivery services.
Pallet Delivery
Orders placed before 3 PM on a working day are aimed to be dispatched the same day. The estimated dispatch date is shown at checkout, including pre-sale items with future estimates.
All deliveries are contracted to be delivered to kerbside; drivers often help beyond kerbside at their discretion, but this is not guaranteed.
Most postcodes incur no surcharge. If a surcharge applies, it will be shown at checkout after you enter your delivery address.

We offer estimated delivery dates for all services at checkout, as these can change for certain areas. The quoted times here are estimated for the majority of postcodes in mainland UK. • Economy Delivery - Typically 2–3 working days; delivery may occur any day up to the 5th working day after dispatch. • Premium Delivery - Next‑day service; delivery is expected the working day after dispatch. • Nominated Day and Timed Delivery - Selectable windows available from working day 2 through working day 5 after dispatch.
The transport company will call to book a delivery window; if contact cannot be made, delivery may be delayed until contact is established.
Nominated day and time windows (Anytime, Before 1 PM, Timed Slot) are supported for many locations; options and pricing appear at checkout.
• Nominated Day - You have the option to choose a specific day on which we will deliver. • Before 1 PM - You have the option to choose a specific day on which we will deliver before 1 PM. • Timed Delivery - You can choose the date and time slot at which delivery will take place. Delivery can arrive 30 minutes before or 30 minutes after the set time. (This may extend during peak delivery periods)
85% of deliveries are surcharge-free; any surcharge for remote or restricted locations is shown at checkout before completing the order.
• Nationwide delivery across mainland UK; remote areas may have longer lead times or surcharges. • All deliveries are contracted to kerbside, which is the nearest safe point on the public road adjacent to the property entrance.
Kerbside delivery means the driver will unload to the nearest safe point at the property boundary, typically the pavement or driveway entrance, not into a garage or around the back.
Drivers often help beyond kerbside where safe and feasible, but the service is only contracted to kerbside and beyond-kerbside placement cannot be guaranteed.
Clear, firm, and level access is needed for a tail-lift lorry and pallet truck. Slopes and gravel are typically problematic for pallet trucks.
If there are any signs indicating access restrictions (weight, width, height, private, no HGV), the address has restricted access and may require a smaller vehicle or different arrangements.
A dustbin lorry is about the same size as one of our restricted access vehicles. If you don't have access for a vehicle this size, we may not be able to deliver to you at all. If in doubt, call our customer service team to check.
• If the vehicle arrives within the booked window and delivery is not possible due to unavailability or lack of safe-place instructions, a redelivery fee of £25 per pallet applies. • Redelivery is scheduled subject to route availability once the fee is settled. • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch without charge. • After goods have left the warehouse, a £42 per pallet charge applies to cancel and return the shipment. • We are always willing to accept a return from a customer if the goods are in the same condition as delivered. • Customers may arrange their own return transport, or return can be arranged for £42 per pallet.Same-day dispatch
