Ecoblaze RUF Fire Blocks - 96 Packs

RUF Fire Bricks are high-density, brick-shaped wood briquettes made from compressed sawdust and recycled hardwood residues, with no chemical binders or additives. Kiln dried to below 12% moisture and Ready to Burn certified, they give strong, steady heat for up to 2 hours with minimal smoke and ash.

Each block measures around 6.5 × 15cm, so they're easy to handle, stack and break up for smaller stoves.

RUF Fire Bricks suit most wood burning stoves, multi-fuel stoves, open fires, firepits, chimineas and outdoor ovens. Their breakable shape makes them ideal for smaller stoves, and their steady heat excels in closed appliances. Always check your appliance manufacturer's guidance for manufactured solid fuels.

Build a base of kindling and a natural firelighter, then add 1–3 RUF Fire Bricks once you have a good bed of flames. Allow plenty of air until they're fully alight. They'll burn with a strong flame before settling into smooth, consistent heat.

They also work brilliantly with kiln dried logs: start with logs for a lively flame, then add RUF Fire Bricks to keep a long, steady glow going.

Store RUF Fire Bricks somewhere dry and well ventilated, ideally indoors, off the ground and away from damp. If they have to live outside, use a waterproof cover and keep air moving around them. Briquettes that absorb moisture can expand or crumble, which reduces heat output and burn time.
