Festive Period Deliveries

White Horse Energy is open throughout the Holiday season (bar the bank holidays themselves). While the office will only be open until 1pm between Christmas and New Years, we will be taking and delivering orders throughout.

Delivery Service
During this peak period deliveries may take a little longer than usual, however we anticipate over 75% of deliveries to be completed by the 3rd working day (including day of order), 85% by the 4th working day and over 95% of deliveries completed by the 5th working day. During this period if you need to be in to receive the delivery we would recommend you request a ‘Book In’.

Please note that these timeframes are for ‘Standard Delivery’ for the bulk of the country. Outlying areas may experience an additional day’s transit. Premium – Next Day deliveries are in the vast majority still achieving a next day’s delivery service, but this can’t be guaranteed!
Please note that no Scottish deliveries will be made on the 4th January. Additionally, Woodlets and Verdo pellets will take an additional day for delivery when ordered over the 4th Jan.

Forth Bridge Closure – Impact on Scottish Deliveries

With the closure of the Forth Road Bridge our delivery thresholds have changed for the foreseeable future. The affected postcode are G65, G66, G69 FK14 – 18, PH8, PH9, AB, IV. (Only economy services are available to effected postcodes)
Standard shipping will be delivered between 4 & 5 working days during this period & can still be tracked using your individual Palletways tracking reference.
All collections & deliveries in the KY postcode area will also incur an additional £15.00 during this closure.
As soon as our hauliers have any update regarding the access to the following postcodes we will ensure to inform all customers that this contingency has finished.

Welcome to our new site!

Exciting times at White Horse as we’ve launched our brand new & revised website. We’ve started with a new theme & interface which we believe is clear & streamlined for easy site navigation, along with an overhauled product comparison pages for our three categories which should provide informative & clear product information.

The account feature has also been improved with you being able to now save card details to your account helping speed up the ordering process for future orders.

We’re also to be proud to unveil our new White Horse Guarantee. Find our guarantee stamp under the products covered, if you find that the product you receive isn’t as described on this website, we’ll ensure that you are not left out of pocket. If at any stage you are unhappy with the product you have received, please let us know at your earliest opportunity. T&C’s Apply.
