Are You Still Working?
Our Customer Services team currently working from home as per the latest government guidance. They are still available 9AM – 5PM Monday to Friday to help with any queries. Our additional seasonal staff are still here to help with the high levels of demand, however if your enquiry is non urgent please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will respond within 24 hours.
Will My Order Take Longer Than Normal?
We are working hard to keep deliveries within a 2-4 day window as normal. You will be notified via email once your order has left our warehouse. The email contain a unique tracking link to monitor the progress of the order. If our expected delivery dates increase we will inform customers as quickly as possible.
What Does Delivery Look Like Now?
Our delivery partners are following the latest government advice. This does mean that your delivery might look slightly different. Please be aware our normally flexible and accommodating delivery drivers are more restricted in what they can do and where they can leave your pallet due to social distancing. So kerb-side will mean kerb-side. (More delivery information can be found here)
Will All Products Be Available?
Supply levels are generally good, however if we are out of stock of a particular product then do come back subsequent days to check availability as containers are arriving at our warehouse daily. Unlike some, we won’t pre-sell you products that we do not know for certain are arriving, and are confident that our factories can keep up with the current unprecedented levels of demand.
