Are You Still Working?
Our Customer Services team currently working from home, and they are still available 9am – 5pm Monday to Friday to help with any queries. We have taken on additional seasonal staff to help with the high levels of demand, however if your enquiry is non urgent please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will respond within 24 hours.
Are Deliveries Affected?
Our delivery partners are working hard to keep deliveries within a 2-4 day window. Please be aware however that our normally flexible and accommodating delivery drivers might be more restricted in what they can do and where they can leave your pallet due to social distancing, and so kerb-side will mean kerb-side.
Will All Products be Available?
Supply levels are generally good, however if we are out of stock of a particular product then do come back subsequent days to check availability as containers are arriving at our warehouse daily. Unlike some, we won’t pre-sell you products that we do not know for certain are arriving, and are confident that our factories can keep up with the current unprecedented levels of demand.
