Office Hours
White Horse Energy is open throughout the Holiday season (excluding the bank holidays & weekends themselves). Our office will only be open between the hours of 9AM & 5PM between Christmas and New Years, & will be taking and delivering orders throughout.

Pre-Christmas Order Cut Off - 20th December
The festive period is our peak period for deliveries & due to this, deliveries might take a little longer than usual. However, we anticipate a large proportion of deliveries will be completed within 3 to 5 working days* (including day of order).
Over the month of December, we are unable to provide order arrival times due to the delivery volumes. We would advise monitoring you tracking reference email that is emailed on the day of delivery.
Orders placed after the order cut off (20th December) we would advise checking your order invoice to confirm likely arrival time.
*Please note that these timeframes are for ‘Standard Delivery’ for the bulk of the country. Outlying areas may experience an additional day’s transit (West Wales, Cornwall and Scotland north of the Borders). See the following table for anticipated delivery lead times. Items need to be in stock to achieve service.
