briquettes) come on a 1m x1.2m pallets.
They come in 3 heights depending on
product size: 1.65m, 0.9m and 0.5m tall.

Crated

Crated pallets come in wooden crated on
a 0.8m x 1.2m pallet, in 2 heights of 2m and
1m.

If you are placing an order for a 2m crate please ensure that there is someone available to help the driver unload the crate and sign for the delivery. 2m crates are only suitable for delivery to delivery points that are absolutely flat, with a hard surface (tar or concrete only, no gravel grass or hard standing) and access for a large lorry. If in doubt, order the 1m crate!

The customer’s property must
allow for at least a 7.5 tonne vehicle. If
you require a 7.5 tonne vehicle please
tick the limited access box on the
checkout form.Without adequate access
delivery will be to the kerbside only.

			Hand pump trucks only operate on hard flat surfaces. No grass or gravel.

We have a number of delivery options available: Please note that there will be a redelivery charge of £15+vat/pallet for each additional delivery attempt if there is no one able to receive the delivery or the delivery is unable to be left safely! It is YOUR responsibility to ensure the delivery point is suitable for delivery as per these instructions! Give us a call if you're not sure. 	Standard delivery occurs on the third working day after order. I.e if you order before 5pm on Monday, your order will be with you by Wednesday at the latest! (Excl Islands and Highlands)	Provided customers order prior to 5 pm on a working day delivery will occur on the next working day. This service is subject to an additional fee calculated on checkout.	Request this services to have the delivery company call you free of charge the day before delivery to advise of an expected delivery date/time.
